We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff that allowed us to have a late check-out, the delicious breakfast, and the hotel facilities which were clean and well-maintained. We were also impressed with the transportation services provided by the hotel and the convenient location of the hotel.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is good, nice and clean facilities. It has got many swimming pools, nice attractions and what I did not experienced before is the hot water , so you may enjoy at any time of the day/night.

The food is delicious but is quite flavoured for my taste. I do not think that it is fair to charge costumers for using their card for buying food. In the advertise they claim that there is free wifi internet , but did not mentioned that it is only at the restaurant and lobby area. For this huge complex it is quite strange to me , that any of the staff I tried to speak to , does not speak English, which makes communication difficult.But, I would recommend it

Checkin and Checkout were extremely easy and quick. The conveniences at the hotel were also excellent-- breakfast and lunch being included, etc.

I felt that the bathrooms in the rooms could have been a bit nicer. The foam toilet seats absorb water so when you sit on them, it's very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the variety of food choices and the friendly staff at the hotel. The location was also convenient, close to shopping centers and attractions. The pools were refreshing and well-maintained, providing a nice place to relax and cool off.

The check-in process was quite slow and some guests had to wait for up to two hours in the lobby. there were supposed to be nine pools, but many were closed due to maintenance or weather conditions.

Clean rooms

Food is okey, not an excellent, orange juice is not available there at all. Saturday - day of brazilian food called "fejuada" - Europian people have nothing to eat!

Our family had a great time at this hotel! the location was perfect, with easy access to local tourist attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom that was spotless thanks to the daily cleaning service. the staff went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction, offering great service and delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. We enjoyed the well-maintained pools and the helpful monitors who kept our spirits high.

Although everything else was great, one downside was the slow wifi.

I would definitely recommend staying here for a business trip. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was also great, close to many restaurants and shops. Another bonus was the gym, which was well-equipped and allowed me to maintain my workout routine while traveling.

The WiFi signal was weak in my room and I had trouble staying connected. Additionally, the elevators were slow and crowded during peak hours, which made getting to my room frustrating at times.
